This market has plenty of room for all types of vendors to include:
eggs, plants, honey, baked goods, berries, nuts, beverages, dog treats, herbs, meats, canned goods, candles, soaps, dairy goods, garden art, handmade crafts, produce, baskets, leather works, prepared foods, food trucks, art , multi level marketing, antiques, collectables, flea market items
Important Information
To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience, we carefully review each application based on product quality and variety. Please complete your application thoughtfully, as this helps us make the best decisions. Only family friendly items will be permitted.
Acceptance:
- Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance.
- Your card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.
SEASONAL VENDORS: Upon approval you will be notified through Evententy and charged $100 for the season please keep record of your payment.
ONE DAY ONLY VENDOR Upon approval you will be notified through Evententy and charged $10 for the day.
Vendor Pricing & Space Details:
- Fee: Vendors: $10 each Friday
- Setup: This is an outdoor event, and vendors are allowed to use up to a 10x20 tent
- Tent Weights:
- Required: Each tent leg must have a minimum of 25 lbs in weights.
- Prohibited: Disc weights are NOT ALLOWED. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to take down their tents for safety reasons. This policy ensures the protection of customers, vendors, and product

Vendor Expectations:
- Vendors must remain for the entire event duration (9AM-2PM).
- In case of emergencies, please notify the market manger or attendee at The Market Welcome Tent immediately.
- Packing up early reflects negatively on the event and impacts fellow vendors.
Farmers Market Upgrades:
- Signs will be placed out at the intersection each weekend to help direct customers from the main road.
- We will be accepting ONE sponsor a month to cover free activities for the kids and to pass our freebies to attendees each month.
- Vendor assisted marketing - we understanding marketing is a MUST and once you receive your acceptance letter we ask you fill out the questionnaire on marketing. This will help us keep a full marketing schedule and giving tips & tricks from our local vendors.
Refund & Weather Policy:
- All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE—no exceptions, including weather-related cancellations.
- Weather Safety: While most markets are rain or shine, safety always comes first. If severe weather forces cancellation, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
