The Annual kick-off to the Holidays is the Holiday Lights Parade presented by the Downtown Community Partnership and sponsored by Xcel Energy. Prior to the Holiday Lights Parade, Winterfest 2021 activates Downtown and provides entertainment and a warming tent for Downtown visitors. The parade attracts thousands of spectators throughout the Fargo-Moorhead community, and Winterfest is the perfect opportunity to welcome visitors to Downtown for the afternoon!
