Winter Pride Opening Party

All vendor vehicles must be cleared off Central Ave 1 hour before street closes to vehicular traffic. Load out for all events is 2 hours after event ends. Grand Central District does not provide electricity, tables, tents, or chairs for vendor spaces. Align your tent with the corresponding address of your space number Your space is 10x10 unless additional space has been purchased Work with your neighbors, there is plenty of space for everyone, try to place 3 ft between yourself and other vendors. Tent legs must be weighted per the City of St. Petersburg. All food vendors are required to have the proper food permits. All vendors are required to carry their own insurance, proof of insurance. Sales and distribution of any alcoholic beverages is prohibited and will result in removal from the event. All exhibitors selling items will be required to pay their own sales tax. All food exhibitors and exhibitors using electricity are required to have an ABC class fire extinguisher. Parking at and around the festival sites is extremely limited. There is no reserved parking for any events. There is no dedicated parking for vendors and vehicles will not be permitted to stay inside and festival zone Walk-up registrations and additions will not be allowed. Vending outside of your booth space will not be allowed.
