Winter Craft and Gift Fair 2026

You are cordially invited to participate in the Hawaii United Okinawa Association’s 2026 Winter Craft Fair (“Fair”).

This is a fundraising activity to support our nonprofit organization and activities. To make this Fair more interesting to our customers, we are requesting A DONATION FROM YOU OF A PRODUCT OR GIFT CERTIFICATE ($25.00 value), to be used as a Silent Auction gift. Please refrain from applying if you are not able to meet this requirement.

All applicants will be evaluated based on a variety of criteria, and the organizing committee will provide notification of acceptance by September 30, 2026. 

Payments will be processed according to the following schedule:

Application Deadline: September 15, 2026
Approval/Waitlist Notification: September 30, 2026
Payment Processing Date: October 1, 2026
Cancellation With Full Refund: Before October 25, 2026
No Refunds After: October 26, 2026

HUOA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXERCISE FULL DISCRETIONARY POWERS IN THE ACCEPTANCE OF INDIVIDUAL VENDORS/EXHIBITORS.

Outdoor Space 10'x10' $350 - Garden and Parking Lot areas. Must provide your own tent (no pegs), tables and chairs. Electricity not available.

Indoor PERIMETER 6'x6' $350 - Legacy Ballroom booths against walls and stage, front and back lobby, rows facing wall and stage, and corner booths.

2 chairs included.

Electricity available only in designated areas.

Table rental, electricity requests, and bento orders will be available at a later date only if accepted into the Fair.

NON PERIMTER 6'x6' $250 - Legacy Ballroom. Not perimeter spaces.
