Join the Town of Winchendon Parks & Recreation Department for an evening of live country music at the Winchendon Community Park Amphitheater.
The Winchendon Honkey Tonk brings together great music, community spirit, and a beautiful fall setting for a memorable outdoor concert experience.

Guests can enjoy high-quality live country performances, dancing space under the open sky, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged for general admission seating.
Beer and beverage service will be available in accordance with Massachusetts state regulations (valid ID required for 21+ purchases).
This event is designed to provide a fun, safe, and engaging evening for residents and visitors alike. We invite you to gather with friends and family to celebrate music and community at Winchendon Community Park.

As a Breakdown volunteer, you will assist with wrapping up the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Breaking down tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations
• Assisting with loading supplies
• Cleaning up and packing items post-event
• Taking down tents and equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Arrive early (or stay late) depending on your shift assignment
Note:
Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and safety gear will be provided as needed.

As a General Event Help volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting a fun, safe, and organized experience for all attendees. Tasks may include:
• Greeting guests and offering directions or assistance
• Handing out flyers, brochures, or event materials
• Taking or scanning tickets at entry points
• Monitoring entry/exit areas and reporting any safety concerns
• Assisting with setup or breakdown as needed
• Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event
Requirements:
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others

As a Setup volunteer, you will assist with preparing the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations
• Assisting with unloading and loading supplies
• Helping position and test sound or lighting equipment (under supervision)
• Assisting vendors or performers with their setup needs
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Arrive early depending on your shift assignment
Note:

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following:
1. All Sales Final
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the new date.
2. Rain or Shine Event
This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or emergency conditions, official updates will be posted through Town of Winchendon channels.
3. Entry Requirements
A valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry. Bags may be subject to inspection. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
4. Prohibited Items
No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, or large coolers. Additional restrictions may apply per event licensing.
5. Food & Beverage
Food vendors may be onsite. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted unless otherwise noted. Alcohol consumption must comply with Massachusetts law and event licensing.
6. Seating
This is a general admission event unless otherwise stated. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted in designated areas only. ADA accommodations are available.
7. Code of Conduct
Winchendon Community Park is a family-friendly venue. Disorderly conduct, harassment, property damage, or excessive intoxication will result in removal without refund.
8. Assumption of Risk
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in an outdoor event.
9. Media Release
By attending, you grant permission to the Town of Winchendon to use photos or video taken at the event for promotional purposes.
10. Parking
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
