By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following: 1. All Sales Final All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the new date. 2. Rain or Shine Event This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or emergency conditions, official updates will be posted through Town of Winchendon channels. 3. Entry Requirements A valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry. Bags may be subject to inspection. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. 4. Prohibited Items No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, or large coolers. Additional restrictions may apply per event licensing. 5. Food & Beverage Food vendors may be onsite. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted unless otherwise noted. Alcohol consumption must comply with Massachusetts law and event licensing. 6. Seating This is a general admission event unless otherwise stated. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted in designated areas only. ADA accommodations are available. 7. Code of Conduct Winchendon Community Park is a family-friendly venue. Disorderly conduct, harassment, property damage, or excessive intoxication will result in removal without refund. 8. Assumption of Risk By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in an outdoor event. 9. Media Release By attending, you grant permission to the Town of Winchendon to use photos or video taken at the event for promotional purposes. 10. Parking Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
