About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must have a valid food permit, and comply with local health regulations.
Approved items for sale must be listed in the application and pre-approved by event organizers.
2. Set-Up, Operations, and Tear-Down:
Set-up starts at 1:00 PM, and vendors must be operational by 3 PM. Tear-down starts after 8:00 PM and must be completed by 10:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment (tables, tents, etc.) and for cleaning their space before leaving.
3. Health, Safety, and Utilities:
Vendors must follow proper food handling and safety guidelines and have a fire extinguisher on-site if cooking.
Limited power and water access may be available upon request during the application process.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Weather Policy:
Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid in full upon application approval.
5. Liability and Conduct:
The event organizers and the Town of Winchendon are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
Vendors are expected to behave professionally and ensure their staff adheres to all guidelines. Violations may result in removal without refund.
