The Williamson County Fair is excited to celebrate 22 years of FUN in 2026, as we continue to celebrate our county's agricultural heritage, our community, and the memories of the families who have joined us as they began generational traditions of their own. For 9 days, beginning the first Friday in August, approximately 200,000 people attend the Williamson County Fair, held annually at the Williamson County Agricultural Expo Park.

Health & safety
The Fair is a non-alcoholic event and the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden. Vendor shall obtain at its own expense all licenses and permits required by law, and Vendor shall pay all taxes, fees, and charges required by any governmental authority in connection with its use of the Fair Property. Vendor will conform to the following Health and Safety provisions: U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Act, all other applicable Federal, State, County and local laws, ordinances, codes, and any other regulations as may be cited in the Contract as defined below. When any of these authorities are in conflict, the more stringent regulation/requirement will be followed. The Vendor’s failure to thoroughly familiarize itself with the aforementioned safety provisions will not relieve its responsibility to comply with the safety provisions.

All Vendors must complete the application and be accepted by fair management.
This application is for indoor and/or outdoor space and does not guarantee that you will be assigned a space(s). The application will be reviewed by fair management and if accepted you will receive notification from the Vendor Manager.
No money is due at this time. Proof of liability insurance will be required of vendors naming The Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., and Williamson County, TN as additional insureds.
IMPORTANT: THIS APPLICATION IS NEITHER A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT, NOR AN OFFER OR GUARANTEE FOR SPACE.
Terms & Conditions
Vendor applicants acknowledge that this application is neither a contractual agreement, nor an offer or guarantee for space until approved by the Vendor Manager. Applicants understand that should a contract be offered to them, a violation of any of the Rules and Regulations will result in immediate cancellation of said contract and a forfeiture of any and all monies paid, without exception. Applicant agrees that they have read, understand, and agree to the Rules and Regulations of the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., which are located within the application and incorporated herein by reference. Applicants agree that all information submitted in the application and herein is true and consistent with the Williamson County Fairs Rules and Regulations. Any falsifying of information on this application may disqualify the applicant from further participation in the Williamson County Fair. Applicants acknowledge that their company name will be placed on the Williamson County Fair website for marketing purposes if selected.
