About the application
All Vendors must complete the application and be accepted by fair management.
This application is for indoor and/or outdoor space and does not guarantee that you will be assigned a space(s). The application will be reviewed by fair management and if accepted you will receive notification from the Vendor Manager.
No money is due at this time. Proof of liability insurance will be required of vendors naming The Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., and Williamson County, TN as additional insureds.
IMPORTANT: THIS APPLICATION IS NEITHER A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT, NOR AN OFFER OR GUARANTEE FOR SPACE.

Applicant acknowledges that this application is neither a contractual agreement, nor an offer or guarantee for space until approved by the Vendor Manager. Applicant understands that should a contract be offered to them, a violation of any of the Rules and Regulations will result in immediate cancellation of said contract and a forfeiture of any and all monies paid, without exception.
Applicant agrees that they have read, understand, and agree to the Rules and Regulations of the Williamson County Fair Association, Inc., which are located within the application and incorporated herein by reference. Applicant agrees that all information submitted in the application and herein is true and consistent with the Williamson County Fairs Rules and Regulations. Any falsifying of information on this application may disqualify the applicant from further participation in the Williamson County Fair. Applicant acknowledges that their company name will be placed on the Williamson County Fair website for marketing purposes.
