Bash Creates is proud to lead the next chapter of the West Loop Art Fest as we continue to evolve this beloved neighborhood event. In partnership with the West Central Association, we’re reimagining the festival into a premier, art-forward experience in the heart of Fulton Market—one of Chicago’s most dynamic and sought-after destinations. Located along Fulton Street, the fest is surrounded by a vibrant mix of renowned restaurants, design-forward spaces, and a community that values creativity and craftsmanship. With a strong local following and an audience with real buying power, this is an opportunity to connect directly with engaged art lovers in an energetic, high-traffic environment. A thoughtful and targeted marketing campaign will ensure strong visibility and attendance throughout the weekend. This two-day, outdoor festival (rain or shine) celebrates all levels of artistic expression—from emerging creators and skilled makers to established fine artists. The Food Vendors & Food Trucks Zone

The Food Vendors & Food Trucks section is an integral part of West Loop Art Fest, designed to complement our core artist showcase by offering a curated culinary experience. While the festival centers around fine art, this component enhances the overall atmosphere—bringing together high-quality food and beverage offerings that elevate the guest experience.

Vendors selected for this category should provide well-branded, high-quality menu items that reflect creativity, consistency, and strong presentation. From food trucks to pop-ups, each participant is carefully curated to align with the overall aesthetic, flow, and elevated experience of the festival. This is not a traditional street food lineup—each vendor is chosen to contribute to a cohesive and memorable environment.

General Requirements for All Vendors:

All vendors must use a fully white tent with at least 50 lbs. of weight per tent leg.

Full payment is required prior to the application deadline. Failure to submit payment will disqualify the vendor from the acceptance process.

Vendors are only permitted to sell items listed in their approved application. Unauthorized items will be removed, and sales must occur exclusively within the designated booth space.

Vendors are required to provide a valid City of Chicago Special Event Food License.

By attending or participating, you agree to the following: Event Experience: Programming, layout, and vendors may change as needed to support the overall experience Safety First: Please follow all posted signage and directions from event staff and local authorities Assume Responsibility: Attendance is at your own risk, including weather, crowds, and general event activity No Refunds: All tickets and participation fees are final Respect the Space: Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior will result in removal from the event Third-Party Vendors: Vendors operate independently; Bash Creates is not responsible for their products or services Media Release: By attending, you consent to photo/video capture for promotional use Bash Creates reserves the right to make adjustments as needed to ensure a safe and successful event.
