2026 Westerville Saturday Farmer's Market Season

Application Certification By submitting this application for the Westerville Saturday Farmer’s Market (the “Market”), I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and all persons who will be utilizing the Vendor stall: 1) I am not a re-seller, mid-level marketer, political party/candidate, or other prohibited type of Vendor, and I will not be fundraising or campaigning. 2) I am authorized and licensed/certified to prepare and sell all items in my application. 3) Submission of my application is not a guarantee to vend at the Market. 4) My application and supporting materials will be reviewed by the UWI staff and the Market Manager. 5) UWI and the Market reserve the right to deny any application for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to: a. The proposed sales/use of the Vendor stall are not reasonably expected to comply with the Market’s rules or there is a reasonable expectation the Vendor will cause a disturbance; b. The proposed sales/use would result in product saturation with already-approved Vendors; c. The Vendor or any persons affiliated therewith have prior violations of the Market’s rules or have been issued citations by applicable authorities. 6) I understand that if my application is accepted, my acceptance is conditional upon (and I am not permitted in the Market Area until) my submission to UWI of the following; a. Payment in full of the applicable fees to UWI; b. A copy of a current Certificate of Insurance, indicating a minimum amount of $1,000,000 product liability coverage, with Uptown Westerville Inc. named as an additional insured. The applicant’s business entity name on certificate of liability must match vendor’s business entity name on market application; c. A signed acknowledgment of the General Market Rules and any Supplemental Rules; d. Copies of any licenses, permits, or other certifications as requested by the Market Manager. 7) If I am an applicant for a Community Space, I will not fundraise or campaign for any non-profit, political party/candidate/issue, or other organization.
