Please consider all of the following prior to signing up:

Requirements:

• Head Panelist must check in at the info desk to receive an info packet about their room 1 HOUR before the panel is scheduled

Panel Room Info:

• Panel Rooms will be on the third level of show
• Seating around 100 people each
• Depending on the panel, and panel type, certain panels my be granted more space, such as karaoke.
• Specific Rooms are subject to change, but all changes will be communicated directly to the Head Panelist

ALL info provided will be used by our staff to contact Head Panelist for all changes and updates.  

Approvals to be sent out by January 1st

We are very glad you want to host an official meet up at WeebCon!

Meet ups come in many forms:

• Cosplay meet up
• Fandom meet up
• Clash of fandom meet up
• Card game meet up
• VTuber fan meet up
• Faction type meet up

the only limit is your imagination! 

Meet-up are a lot of work and we appreciate you gathering everyone together.

Note:

Even if your meet-up isn't officially accepted and put on our schedule we encourage you still reach out to members via social media and discord to meet up and have fun! 

Apply to preform on our Main Stage using the latest equipment the Gaylord has to offer! 

We welcome all types of music, performances, and entertainment! 

Have any guests you would like to see at the show?

Voice Actors, On Screen Actors, Music Groups, Artists, ANYTHING, let us know and we will see what we can do.

Please be courteous and do not spam the same names.

Each suggestion will get the same consideration.

We’re looking for Anime Bloggers, Video Editors, Digital Artists, Animators, Graphic Designers, and other creatives who want to share their skills and passion.

This is your chance to work with our team, showcase your artistry to a growing audience, and contribute to the magic of WeebCon 2026!

All applications will be reviewed and contacted by one of the Board of Directors who will be in contact with the brand. Please allow a week between submission and initial reach out

Either yourself or the organization that you represent, must fulfill the listed requirements and go through our internal screening process in order to be issued credentials.

We strive to make your WeebCon Volunteer experience exciting, eventful, and fun! 

Volunteer Perks Include:

• A Day Pass (w/ 4 Volunteer Hours)
• A  Weekend Pass (w/ 12 Volunteer Hours)
• FREE merch to commemorate your time with us!

We are only accepting volunteers 18+ at this time.  

ID will be required to pick up your badge.

• Depending on the event, and event type, certain shows my be granted more space, such as karaoke.

Manga Manor is a dedicated showcase space at WeebCon for up-and-coming manga artists to present their original works!

 This program gives independent creators the opportunity to connect with fans, share their stories, and gain exposure within the anime and manga community.

We welcome small manga artists, indie creators, and self-publishers who want to display their work in a professional yet supportive environment.

WeebCon is looking for talented and passionate cosplayers to join us as Cosplay Guests! Our cosplay guests are community icons who showcase craftsmanship, performance, and love for their community. 

As a guest, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fans, host panels, judge contests, and represent the convention both online and on-site.

We welcome cosplayers of all skill levels and backgrounds who have a strong presence, professionalism, and a genuine desire to engage with the anime and cosplay community!
