About the event

We are looking for a few local vendors who can make Hocus Pocus-inspired items. We are intentionally keeping the vendor lineup curated, with a focus on unique products that compliment this theme. SPACE IS LIMITED.

Parking instructions

Vendors may park in the parking lot area of Potosi Live.

Health & safety

All vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary booth throughout the event. Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and health department requirements. Vendors are responsible for securing their tents, displays, equipment, and merchandise and must keep walkways and emergency access areas clear. Vendors should immediately report any safety concern, injury, spill, or emergency to event staff.

VENDORS THAT INCORPORATE THE HOCUS POCUS THEME INTO THEIR PRODUCTS WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

This Market Vendor Application applies to vendors who sell handmade, homemade, creator, art, clothing, jewelry, cottage vendors and bakeries (non-temperature controlled), etc.

IMPORTANT: Vendors will set up inside of Potosi Live. Vendors will be limited to a small space with only one(1) 6ft table. Vendors must provide their own table and cover. No tents allowed.

*Booth fees are NOT DUE at the time of application. If your application is approved, the card on-file will automatically be charged. Booth fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
