Food Truck Requirements – City of Conway All food trucks must comply with all applicable City of Conway, Horry County, and South Carolina regulations in order to operate at this event. This includes, but is not limited to, holding a valid business license, any required temporary permits, a current health permit, and a valid food safety certification. All food vendors must follow food safety guidelines set by South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). All food must be prepared and served from an approved food truck or hot dog cart. No open flames are permitted at any time. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and inspections prior to the event. Failure to provide proper documentation upon request may result in removal from the event without refund. By applying, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with all local and state requirements to legally operate as a food vendor in Conway. NO ALCOHOL OR WEAPONS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT.
