Do you hold any of the following HRCI Certifications -PHR®/PHRi™/SPHR®/SPHRi™/GPHR®/PHRca® If so you must fulfill one ethics credit as part of the total 45/60 recertification credits requirement. HRCI is requiring that certificates remain aware of crucial ethical practices and behaviors in the workplace. This requirement was effective will all recertifications beginning, January 1, 2021. This class has been pre-approved for 1.5 HRCI Credits and will fulfill the Ethics Requirement. Ethics in the Workplace - This interactive class will explore five commonly asked, but difficult to answer questions about ethics in the workplace. Following this training, participants will be able to : -Define Ethics -List three ethics models and describe how they might be used in Human Resources -Define all of the options using a defined process -Test ethical decision before making a decision -Use a process to evaluate and reflect on decision Participants will also analyze four case studies involving ethic decision in business settings.
