Virtual: Ethics in the Workplace

Ethics in the Workplace - This interactive class will explore five commonly asked, but difficult to answer questions about ethics in the workplace. Following this training, participants will be able to : - Define Ethics - List three ethics models and describe how they might be used in Human Resources - Define all of the options using a defined process - Test ethical decision before making a decision - Use a process to evaluate and reflect on decision Participants will also analyze four case studies involving ethic decision in business settings.
