2026 Virginia Highland Winterfest

WINTERFEST GIFT MARKET 

On Saturday, December 12, Virginia Ave & Lanier Blvd will be closed to create the Winterfest Gift Market from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm -- a holiday gift fair including festive decor, music and drinks. It is free for the public to attend the market. There will also be a 5K Jingle Jog, Musical Performances, Kids Corner, and Tour of Homes to complete the weekend. 

VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

To apply, please complete the below form; there is a non-refundable $25 application fee. We are looking for products that are unique (i.e. hand-made or custom made) and high quality. As our team will be reviewing over 100 applications, please include as much information as possible to help us make our decisions. Please make sure to submit a complete application with working/clickable links. 

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance to participate in the market.

TIMELINE

• October 7: Applications due by midnight 
• October 16: Vendor notifications
• October 23: Booth payment due by midnight

BOOTH INFORMATION

Vendors will be provided with a 10 ft wide x 10 ft deep empty space and must keep all setup within the boundaries of their designated area. Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display, including tables, tent, chairs, tablecloths, and other display items.

Your booth location and load in/out information will be provided prior to December 12. It is important for vendors to respect their assigned set-up time and to keep their booth in operation from 10:30 am until close of the market at 4:30 pm. Please do not miss your assigned set up slot and do not begin breaking down early.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS

We are reserving space within the market for 15-20 Young Entrepreneurs (under 18 years old) to sell their creations. 

APPLICATION INFORMATION

• Apply with this form + $25 application fee
• If accepted, no additional booth fees apply
• Applications due October 16 (midnight)
• Acceptance notifications sent by November 1

BOOTH DETAILS

• Parental supervsion required during shift
• Choose your preferred time slot in the application and we'll do our best to accommodate
  • Morning: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:30 - 3:30 PM
  • Full Day: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Morning & Afternoon shifts: white tent, chairs, + 6 ft. table with linen
• Full Day shift: white tent only 

GUIDELINES

• These booths are for children under 18 years old, not parents. If it's apparent that parents are running the majority of the booth, future participation will require applying as a standard vendor.
• Young Entrepreneurs should bring: products, payment option, change for cash sales, extra tables, and decor as needed.
• Booth assignments and setup details will be shared prior to December 12
