About the event

Traveling Artisan's Market is always open to talented artisans and vendors joining our group. Please submit an application for our review and approval process. Select markets will showcase antique, vintage, and fair trade artisans. We require ALL vendors to submit Vendor Interest Applications for our review and approval. Please READ the criteria below to submit the correct application. Download TAM Rules & Regulations, review, initial, and sign which will answer many vendor questions. Criteria for vending at Traveling Artisans' Market: **HANDMADE ONLY select HANDMADE Interest Application ~ All items must be made by you or a member of your team. The apparel must be of your original design. **ANTIQUE/VINTAGE select NEW ANTIQUE/VINTAGE Interest Application: Vintage items must be 30+ years old. Goods that are mass-produced, and/or any reproductions of vintage and antiques are NOT PERMITTED. **FAIR TRADE select FAIR TRADE Interest Application: Products purchased from other countries from handmade artisans. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the mediums below, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

MEDIUMS:

Artisans may apply up to 2 mediums that correlate with their business name and product line. Give an approximate percentage of each medium; for example ~ 1) Resin art paintings 60% 2) Home decor pieces in resin art 40%.

All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.

FOOD: Only homemade food is accepted. Produced in small batches, not mass-produced or farmed on an industrial scale. It is made using traditional methods and tools – usually hand-crafted. It is made locally, not imported from another country.

CLAY: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.

FIBER: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.

GLASS: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes, are permitted.

JEWELRY: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.

METAL: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.

MIXED MEDIA: Work that combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: Handmade instruments.

NATURAL MATERIALS: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, home decor, and other works made from materials found in nature.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only the artist's original source material is acceptable.

PRINTMAKING: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.

SCULPTURE: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.

TWO-DIMENSIONAL: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.

WOOD: Original works that are hand-tooled, machine worked, turned, or carved.

OTHER: Specialty crafts and others not listed above. Be specific in your description.
