Hello potential UwU Con volunteers! We are accepting volunteer applications for those wanting to participate in the processes that go on behind the scenes throughout our event! We are looking for applicants with past volunteer experience or those who just have a knack for helping out. You will be assigned a position based on personal skills. Positions available include: greeters, badge enforcers, security assistance, ticket handling, entertainment handlers, vendor relief team, and volunteer relief team.

This application is for cosplayers interested in a compensated 10-foot booth set-up to sell their merchandise during the duration of the event, promotion, and a compensated badge. UwUcon guests are required to set up their booths the Thursday prior to the convention, and are required to be present during Artist Alley hours.

This application is for cosplayers interested in a compensated badge & promotional graphic in exchange for UwUcon promotion to all of their social medias. UwUcon VIPs are required to make a certain amount of posts on their social media related to their attendance at UwUcon, and must be present at the convention minimum 6 hours a day for the duration of the event; however, they are not required to work or perform any labor.

UwU Con welcomes media outlets from Phoenix, AZ, and around the world, and we’re happy to provide approved members of the media with complimentary Media badges. The Media badge application for 2023 is now accepting applicants.
