2025 Upstate Black Pride March & Festival

All vendors must abide by the vendor regulations. PLEASE NOTE: -You must supply your own power. No outlets are available. -You must arrive at your designated load-in time. No exceptions. Unload your vehicle quickly and move it from the festival grounds. -All vehicles must be off the street before 10:15 a.m. -Choose your booth space carefully. Once you have selected it, you MAY NOT CHANGE IT. -No refunds. The festival takes place rain or shine. - Each vendor will be responsible for their own clean-up at the conclusion of the event. - All signage and tent anchoring must be accomplished with weights such as sandbags, concrete or water-filled bags and barrels. -Fastening or attaching any rope, signs, banner, flyer or other object to any trees, shrub, or city feature is prohibited. -No vendor may sell alcohol or water at the event. The sale of these beverages is reserved for Upstate Pride SC.
