Union Horse Expo: Leaves, Lattes, & Leather

Your safety—and the safety of our horses, vendors, and community—is important to us. Please help us keep the event enjoyable and safe for everyone by following these guidelines: Not Allowed on Grounds - Hazardous or flammable materials - Illegal items under local, state, or federal law (including firearms and prohibited weapons) - Any items that may pose a safety risk to attendees, animals, or vendors Horse Area Access For safety of all horses, riders, and attendees, access to horse areas is restricted. - Individuals permitted in horse areas (outside of the pony rides and petting zoo) will be required to wear an official wristband. This includes: horse owners, trainers, riders, event staff, and event volunteers. No wristband = no access. - Only authorized individuals with proper wristbands are allowed in designated horse areas. Exceptions apply only to emergency personnel (EMS, law enforcement, or event management as needed). - Anyone found in a restricted horse area without a wristband may be asked to leave the event and could be denied participation in future events. Animals - No animal sales are permitted at The Union Horse Expo - Only approved animals participating in demonstrations or clinics will be allowed on-site (excluding service animals) - Please always respect animals and give handlers space while in use or training areas Vehicles & Event Areas - Vehicles and trailers are not permitted inside event/vendor areas unless specifically approved - Please use designated parking and loading areas only - Follow ALL posted signage and staff/volunteer directions on arrival Attendee Safety This is a family-friendly event—please be respectful of all guests and participants. Supervise children at all times, especially around horses, equipment, and busy walkways. Please stay within designated public areas of the event. In Case of Emergency - Follow instructions from event staff or volunteers immediately - Locate nearest staff members or volunteers if you need assistance or observe unsafe conditions - Be aware of clearly marked exits and emergency access routes General Notice *Attendance is at your own risk* The Union Horse Expo, Wildflower Collective Group, LLC, organizers, and venue are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage occurring during the event.
