- Attendee Parking: $5 per vehicle; exact change recommended. - Parking passes may be purchased in advance through Eventeny for a faster, smoother entry experience. Day-of Parking: $5 CASH ONLY at the gate - No ATM will be available on-site, so please plan accordingly. - Vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and staff will receive designated parking areas at no cost. - Please follow all signage and parking staff directions upon arrival to ensure efficient traffic flow. - To help reduce traffic and make parking easier for everyone, we encourage attendees to carpool when possible. - Pre-purchased parking passes help reduce wait times at entry. - Cash payments will still be accepted at the gate for all attendees. - Parking is per vehicle, not per person.

Your safety—and the safety of our horses, vendors, and community—is important to us. Please help us keep the event enjoyable and safe for everyone by following these guidelines: Not Allowed on Grounds - Hazardous or flammable materials - Illegal items under local, state, or federal law (including firearms and prohibited weapons) - Any items that may pose a safety risk to attendees, animals, or vendors Horse Area Access For safety of all horses, riders, and attendees, access to horse areas is restricted. - Individuals permitted in horse areas (outside of the pony rides and petting zoo) will be required to wear an official wristband. This includes: horse owners, trainers, riders, event staff, and event volunteers. No wristband = no access. - Only authorized individuals with proper wristbands are allowed in designated horse areas. Exceptions apply only to emergency personnel (EMS, law enforcement, or event management as needed). - Anyone found in a restricted horse area without a wristband may be asked to leave the event and could be denied participation in future events. Animals - No animal sales are permitted at The Union Horse Expo - Only approved animals participating in demonstrations or clinics will be allowed on-site (excluding service animals) - Please always respect animals and give handlers space while in use or training areas Vehicles & Event Areas - Vehicles and trailers are not permitted inside event/vendor areas unless specifically approved - Please use designated parking and loading areas only - Follow ALL posted signage and staff/volunteer directions on arrival Attendee Safety This is a family-friendly event—please be respectful of all guests and participants. Supervise children at all times, especially around horses, equipment, and busy walkways. Please stay within designated public areas of the event. We welcome nonprofits whose mission aligns with community enrichment, education, agriculture, animal welfare, youth development, health, or other meaningful local impact initiatives.

 

The Union Horse Expo invites professional clinicians, riders, trainers, educators, and equine professionals to apply to be part of our official event programming.

This application is intended for individuals or groups interested in providing clinics, demonstrations, educational sessions, or live presentations as part of the scheduled expo experience.

 

Participation in this category is free of charge for approved presenters.

 

What We’re Looking For

We welcome experienced professionals in areas such as:

  • Riding instruction (all disciplines).
  • Horsemanship and groundwork.
  • Training demonstrations.
  • Equine education and safety.
  • Veterinary, chiropractic, or bodywork education.
  • Specialty disciplines (reining, dressage, western, endurance, fox hunting, etc.).
  • Tack, equipment, or industry education presentations.

What to Expect

Selected clinicians/exhibitors will be featured as part of the official event schedule, with opportunities to:
