Unexpected Pairings: Single & Unscripted — Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket, each guest agrees to the following: 1. AGE REQUIREMENT: This event is exclusively for guests age 21 and older. A valid photo ID may be required at check-in. Alcohol is not included with admission and must be purchased directly from Gillig Winery. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and arranging safe transportation. 2. HONEST REGISTRATION: Each attendee must purchase an individual ticket and complete their own questionnaire. Guests agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding their age, relationship status, dating preferences, interests, and intentions so Ang’s Amazing Graze can create thoughtful introductions. 3. PAIRING EXPERIENCE: Introductions are created using questionnaire responses, shared interests, personality preferences, dating preferences, and the overall registration pool. While every effort will be made to create comfortable and compatible introductions, a romantic connection, mutual attraction, continued communication, or particular outcome cannot be guaranteed. Introductions will be one-on-one. 4. REGISTRATION BALANCE: One-on-one introductions depend on the number and variety of registrations received. If Ang’s Amazing Graze cannot create a reasonable introduction based on an attendee’s preferences and the available registration pool, that guest will be contacted privately before the event to discuss the available options. A guest will not be knowingly placed into an incompatible pairing simply to fill a seat. 5. PRIVACY: Questionnaire responses will be used only to organize the event and create thoughtful introductions. Full questionnaire responses, email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal contact information will not be shared with pairings, other attendees, or event vendors without permission. Guests may decide for themselves whether they wish to exchange contact information during or after the event. 6. PERSONAL SAFETY: Ang’s Amazing Graze and Gillig Winery do not conduct background checks on attendees and cannot verify every statement made in a registration questionnaire. Participation in the event does not represent an endorsement of any guest. Attendees are responsible for using their own judgment when exchanging personal information, arranging future meetings, or continuing communication after the event. 7. WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES: Each $29 ticket includes one individual fall-inspired charcuterie box, a thoughtfully selected introduction, reserved seating to use as a home base, and optional conversation starters. Wine, food-truck purchases, and other on-site purchases are not included. 8. FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY NEEDS: Guests must disclose food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions during registration. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate disclosed needs; however, food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, and completely allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed. 9. REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS: Because introductions and individual charcuterie boxes are prepared in advance, tickets are nonrefundable after registration closes on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM. A ticket may be transferred to another eligible guest before the registration deadline with advance notice, but the replacement guest must complete their own questionnaire. Pairings cannot simply be transferred from the original attendee to another person. 10. WEATHER AND EVENT CHANGES: This experience includes indoor and outdoor activities and is intended to take place rain or shine when conditions safely allow. Ang’s Amazing Graze and Gillig Winery reserve the right to adjust activities, move portions of the event, postpone, or cancel due to severe weather, safety concerns, registration needs, or circumstances beyond their control. Registered guests will be notified of significant changes using the contact information provided during registration. 11. GUEST CONDUCT AND CONSENT: This event is intended to be welcoming, respectful, and pressure-free. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, aggressive conduct, repeated unwanted attention, inappropriate touching, or behavior that makes another guest feel unsafe will not be tolerated. Every guest has the right to decline a conversation, refuse to exchange contact information, or end an interaction at any time. Event staff may remove a guest for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without a refund. 12. PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos or short videos may be taken during the event for future promotional use. Guests who prefer not to be photographed should notify event staff during check-in. 13. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY: Guests are responsible for using reasonable care while walking through the parking lot, outdoor market, winery grounds, and fire-pit areas. By attending, guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with an indoor and outdoor social event. By completing the purchase, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
