Parking instructions
Participant arrival and setup begins promptly at 3:00 PM; please pull in and park exclusively within the designated yellow caution-taped area, where team members will be directing vehicles into rows. Once parked in your spot, all vehicles must turn their engines completely off and remain stationary for the entire event to ensure a safe walking zone for families.
Health & safety
To keep all of our trick-or-treaters safe, all treats handed out must be commercially packaged and individually wrapped (no homemade baked goods or unpackaged candy). Additionally, please make sure all trunk decorations, props, and lighting cords are safely secured and taped down to prevent tripping hazards. Thank you for helping us host a safe, spooktacular evening for our community!
