This is an electronic agreement and by selecting a food truck, trailer or pop-up vendor space you are validating and approving this agreement with Sun Poppy Markets & Events electronically.
Food Vendor applications will be reviewed; vendor limits will be adhered to when reviewing applications.
NO ITEMS will be allowed if not on the vendor application. If you do not list it, you will not be allowed to sell it.
Set up for the weekly market starts at 2pm each Thursday of the market. Spaces are assigned, please check in at the market table for your assigned space, do not set up prior to checking in.
Tear down for the weekly market is immediatly after the close of the market at 7pm each week. Vendor is responsible for keeping vendor space clean of debris and packaging. NO DISPOSING of CARDBOARD is allowed in the park trash cans or dumpster, all boxes must be taken away by the vendor.
Vendor is responsible for keeping with in their space, the use of signs such as sandwich boards is allowed outside of vendor booth space.
Food Vendors selling food or drink items: Food vendor is responsible for obtaining their Temporary Food Facility Permit with Tuolumne County, this is REQUIRED to be a food vendor; use the link below to apply.

Vendor MUST supply a copy of their Tuolumne County Temporary Food Facility Permit to Sun Poppy Markets & Events PRIOR to the market day.
Food Vendor is responsible for obtaining their ServSafe Certificate and supplying a copy to Sun Poppy Markets & Events prior to the market day.
