Thank you for your interest in participating as one of the Trunks at our 2026 Trunk or Treat event! We're thrilled to bring this spooky celebration back and are excited to have you on board.

To ensure we provide enough space, please be detailed in describing the vehicle you'll be bringing to the event. We ask that you decorate your trunk to the best of your ability to create a festive and fun atmosphere for all.

Additionally, please remember to bring enough candy to pass out to attendees.

Last year, we had over 5,000 people (come and go), so please plan accordingly.

This application is for nonprofits, community organizations, schools, civic groups, and approved community partners interested in participating at City of Rowlett events. Community partners are invited to engage with residents through an interactive activity, giveaway, educational opportunity, or other community-focused experience. This opportunity is designed to connect organizations with the community while creating a fun and meaningful event experience.
