Our events are thoughtfully organized to create an inviting shopping experience for customers while giving vendors a professional, supportive platform to showcase their work. We are passionate about promoting handmade, creative, and locally owned businesses — and we are committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of our markets.
Each event features a carefully selected group of vendors to ensure variety, professionalism, and an enjoyable shopping atmosphere for our community.
Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all events organized by Shop and Stroll Markets (“Organizer”). By submitting an application and payment, the Vendor agrees to the following:
APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Vendors are selected based on product category, quality, presentation, professionalism, and event needs.
• Shop and Stroll Markets reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure product diversity.
• The Organizer reserves the right to deny or remove any vendor that does not meet event standards or professional expectations.
PRODUCT STANDARDS
Shop and Stroll Markets is promoted as an arts-and-crafts small business marketplace.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Resale or wholesale items
• Mass-produced goods
• Imported manufactured products
• Kits or buy/sell merchandise
• Counterfeit or bootleg merchandise
• Trademarked items (including Disney or other protected brands)
• AI-generated artwork or content
We do allow some other small businesses and a few select MLM companies.
Violation of these policies will result in immediate removal without refund.
VENDOR PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS
Accepted vendors agree to promote and share event marketing materials through their social media channels.
Vendors must provide digital photographs of their products and booth setup for promotional use.
By participating, vendors permit Shop and Stroll Markets to use their business name, logo, and images for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Vendors as Promotional Partners – While Shop and Stroll Markets coordinates the overall event marketing, each vendor is expected to actively promote the event as well. Participation as a vendor includes sharing the event across your social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email lists. Vendors must also invite the maximum number of guests allowed to the official Facebook event.
This is a shared effort—vendor promotion plays a key role in attendance and overall success. If selected, you will receive specific promotional guidelines and expectations, which must be followed
BOOTH SPACE & SETUP
• This is an INDOOR market, and you are signing up for one table space. You bring your own table and chairs. Vendors may purchase additional booth spaces, subject to availability and approval.
• Booth assignments are provided at check-in.
• Vendors must remain within their designated space boundaries.
• No booth sharing or splitting is permitted.
• Displays must remain inside booth limits and may not extend into aisles.
• Aisles must remain clear at all times.
• Vendors must bring their own table, floor-length tablecloth, chair, and business signage.
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed.
For this event, each indoor vendor space is designed to accommodate one table and one chair. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, tablecloth, and chair, and no displays are allowed on the floor.
You may apply for up to three vendor spaces in total, but each space is limited to one table and one chair. This means you can have a maximum of three tables and three chairs across all your spaces.
Key points to note:
Self-provided equipment: You must bring your own table, tablecloth, chair, and any other display items.
No floor displays: Per Mall regulations, all displays must be placed on the table, not on the floor, so there are no tripping hazards.
Application limit: You can apply for up to three spaces
EVENT SCHEDULE
• Setup begins at 10:00 AM
• Event hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Breakdown: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Vendors must remain set up and staffed for the entire event.
Late arrival without prior approval may result in forfeiture of booth space and fees.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, without exception.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
• Weather
• Vendor cancellation
• Low attendance
• Sales performance
• Changes to event hours, layout, or schedule
• Venue-related adjustments or closures
• Public safety incidents or other emergencies
FORCE MAJEURE
Shop and Stroll Markets shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government mandates, venue closures, public safety incidents, or other emergencies.
Vendor understands that the event is subject to circumstances beyond the coordinator’s, venue’s, or staff’s control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, public safety incidents, or other emergencies.
In the event the market is canceled, postponed, or modified due to such circumstances, the coordinator, venue, and staff shall not be held liable. Vendor fees are non-refundable under these conditions.
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By submitting payment, Vendor agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute under any circumstances.
Vendor further agrees that all sales are final and acknowledges this policy at the time of payment.
Any vendor who initiates a chargeback or dispute will be permanently banned from future Shop and Stroll Markets events. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue collection, legal action, and recovery of any fees, costs, or damages associated with the dispute.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Vendor assumes full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss related to participation in the event.
Shop and Stroll Markets, its owners, staff, volunteers, and venue partners shall not be liable for any damages or losses.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance coverage.
CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with the Organizer's instructions may result in removal without refund.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including obtaining necessary permits and fulfilling tax obligations.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS
No verbal statements, representations, or agreements made by the Organizer, staff, or affiliates shall be binding.
Only the terms outlined in this written agreement shall be enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Vendor agrees that any legal action or dispute shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
AGREEMENT
By submitting an application and payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract.
