2026 TransPride

The TransPride Sponsorship supports three powerful community experiences: Transtastic, the TransFestival, and the TransMarch. The Sponsorship Application is used to collect sponsor information, confirm sign-off, and coordinate deliverables. Upon submission, you will see the note, “*This price is in-kind and will not be added to your total.” This is a standard message that allows us to collect the required information without processing payment at this time. Once your application is reviewed, our team will follow up with next steps.

This application is for TransPride Festival in Vinoy Park, Saturday, June 27, 2026

 

Key Information for registration:

1. St Pete Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
2. Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
3. You may edit registration after submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
   1. day of event contact information
   2. company Logo: Eventeny ONLY accepts JPEG (.jpg) files for logo uploads. Your application will error if any other file format is used
   3. company URL
   4. non-profit documentation
   5. certificate of insurance
4. Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information is below. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance through Eventeny. 
5. Vendor Setup and Load-In starts at 10:30 AM and will be by zones in 30 increments (to be communicated prior to the event).
6. The festival starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM
7. Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 7:00 PM.

Insurance Information:

Vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

 

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming St Pete Pride, Inc as a certificate holder, along with below organizations as additional Named Insured.
