Parking instructions
Parking Details/ Load In PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Vendors will NOT be able to pull up to their spot, please bring all necessary wagons or carts to transport your items. Prior to unloading, please check in. The check-in booth will be operational between 5:30 am and 8:00 am. Further information regarding the location of the check-in booth will be communicated via email at a later time. There are two designated load-in locations. One will be located off of W. Lawrenceville St. and the other will be off of Hill St NW After Check-In there will be instructions on which location to use to unload. Upon arrival at the designated unload zone, promptly unload your materials. You may transport them to the booth only after moving your vehicle, allowing other vendors to unload efficiently. ToonFest aims for impeccable organization and professionalism, and we rely on every vendor’s cooperation to achieve that goal
