Chef Sandi Edwards
Sandi Edwards, and her husband, Rocky Galleher, moved to Fairfield Glade in December 2011 from Pensacola, Florida. Sandi’s life-long passion for cooking began when she was barely a teenager and took a cooking class, along with her mother, from a Cordon Bleu chef in Washington, D.C. During the 20 years Sandi lived in San Jose, California, she took cooking classes from some of the best chefs across the United States and Europe. Sandi was, most recently, a culinary assistant for Distinctive Kitchens in Pensacola, Florida, assisting guest chefs as they taught cooking classes to the public. Sandi is available for private cooking classes in her home, and also caters private dinner parties which can be “cooking classes” for you and your guests, or simply a catered meal.
