Introducing Virginia Highland District's newest event, Tone & Flow! This outdoor workout class is the perfect fusion of Pure Barre’s high intensity moves and Highland Yoga’s cool down poses. Tone & Flow will take place at 10 am on Saturday, April 20 in John Howell Park. This event is a fundraiser for Virginia Highland District's 2024 plantings. All proceeds will go towards planting seasonal flowers to beautify the North Highland Ave Corridor.
