For craft, food items, (cottage food, home bakery, produce and honey) direct sales, and non profit organizations. Please ensure you select the correct vendor option.

Payment, signed contract and required documents (if applicable) are due no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026.

Any applications submited after May 11, 2026 will recieve further communication about payment, signed contract and required documents (if applicable).

Sponsorship applications will remain open, however we cannot add business logos once shirts have gone into production. The Tomato Festival is a multi-day family festival and celebration of community pride. It’s a time together with family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy the largest, longest-running and inclusive event in Reynoldsburg. We are looking for people to help make this event a success. By volunteering, you will be making an impact in your community and ensuring the success of this year's event. Plus you get a free festival t-shirt (while supplies last)! Students: Earn Service Hours. Clubs/Civic Organizations: Give back to the community. If you are interested in volunteering this year, please complete the application and chose the availability that best suits your schedule. Please note, you may be asked to float to other areas to help during the festival. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring water, sunscreen, etc. Must be 18 or older to volunteer. Student organizations or programs are permitted but must have adult supervision.

DISCLAIMER: Filling out an application does not guarantee your purchase of a table. Tables are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If approved, you will receive an email notification and invoice. If payment is not submitted by the deadline provided on the invoice (you will have one week after approval to submit payment), your application will be withdrawn. Invoices include a $12.87 service fee.
