Tickets to The Second City

Beginning as a small comedy theater, The Second City has grown to become today’s leading brand in improv-based sketch comedy. Some notable alum include Tina Fey, Chris Farley, Bill Murray, and Keegan-Michael Key. September 20th’s show features the main stage production of “Do The Right Thing, No Worries If Not”. It is a mix of sketch comedy and improv. Ticket Details: Purchase includes admission to theater. Show is Rated R. Attendees must be at least 13 years old. Food and drink is not included, but available for purchase once inside. Timing: 7:15pm - Seating opens at Second City Theater 8:00pm - Show Begins 10:00pm - Estimated Show End Time 8:00pm - 10:00pm (15 minute intermission) Seating opens 45 minutes prior to show (7:15pm). Theater is "cabaret seating". When you arrive at the theater, our House Manager will assign you a seat based on your time of arrival and how many parties are expected for that performance. All seating is based on the discretion of the House Manager. Our tables are closer together because it's a nightclub. You'll always be seated with the people you came with, but expect to make some new friends, too. Distance from Hotel: The Second City Main Stage Theater is located at 1616 N. Wells St., 2.5 miles from the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Transportation will be available; more information to be provided. Recommended Attire: Theater is casual dress. It can be very chilly inside; bring a jacket or sweater. Minimum Participants: 20 Maximum Participants: 50 *additional tickets may be available should the event sell out.
