Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Thursday Night Market as a Prepared Food Vendor, operated by the Downtown Chico Business Association (DCBA).

Prepared Food Vendors are businesses that prepare, cook, or serve food or beverages at the market for immediate consumption. This includes food trucks, food booths, dessert vendors, beverage vendors, and other vendors offering ready-to-eat food items.

We are pleased to welcome vendors beginning Thursday, April 9, 2026. The market will operate weekly through September 24, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The DCBA welcomes a variety of food vendors offering high-quality, diverse, and family-friendly food options. Priority will be given to DCBA members, followed by vendors offering unique menu items, locally sourced ingredients, and foods that contribute to a diverse and well-balanced market experience.

All food vendors must comply with applicable local, county, and state regulations, including permits issued by Butte County Environmental Health and any other required licenses or certifications.
