The Summer Blockfest

The safety and well-being of all attendees, vendors, performers, and staff is our top priority. Please review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone: -General Safety Follow all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and local authorities at all times. Be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. -Emergency Procedures In case of emergency, locate the nearest staff member or police officer. Emergency exits and pathways must remain clear at all times. Follow all posted signage and announcements in the event of an emergency. -Health & Wellness Stay hydrated, especially in warm weather. If you are feeling unwell, please seek medical assistance or refrain from attending. -Crowd Control Do not push, run, or engage in disruptive behavior. Respect crowd barriers, designated walkways, and restricted areas. Capacity limits may be enforced in certain areas for safety reasons. -Food & Vendor Safety All vendors are required to comply with local health department regulations. Please notify a vendor of any food allergies before purchasing or consuming items. -Alcohol & Smoking Policy The Summer Blockfest is a no alcohol, no smoking event. The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Smoking, including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes, is not permitted within the event area. Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave the event or pay a fine. -Prohibited Items No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are permitted. Glass containers, fireworks, and drones are not allowed unless authorized. - Weather Preparedness This is a rain-or-shine event unless conditions are deemed unsafe. In the event of severe weather, follow official instructions from staff and announcements. -Cleanliness & Waste Please dispose of trash in designated receptacles to help keep the area clean and safe. Recycling stations will be available where applicable.
