Welcome to the make-up date portal for the Spectacular Markets. This application is only for vendors whose 2025 Spectacular Markets date was postponed by Colored Colors and who received a credit notice.

If you are a new applicant, or your credit is for Holidays At The Park, please do not use this form — visit www.coloredcolors.com/projects/spectacular-markets for the public applications.

Your 2025 date was postponed because of weather that made it unsafe to operate. As stated in our terms and conditions, your account was credited in full, and this form is how you claim your make-up date for the 2026 season. You will not be charged at checkout as long as you enter the vendor-specific code from your invitation email. 

How your make-up date works

• One credit = one Holiday Hut for one 2026 market date, the same space you originally purchased.
• One form per business: Select only your preferred date(s), not a range. 
• Priority placement deadline: Wednesday, October 14, 2026, 11:59 PM. Submit by this date and the date(s) you select are yours. After October 14 your credit is still valid for the 2026 season, but placement is subject to availability. 
• Credits are for the 2026 season only: This is a credit from 2025 and it must be redeemed for a 2026 date. Credits not redeemed during the 2026 season are forfeited. There is no roll-over to 2027 and no cash refund. 
• Credits are not transferable to other Colored Colors events or to other vendors.

Our commitment is to get you the make-up date(s) you are owed. If you would also like additional 2026 dates, check the box in the form and we will send you the links to the public 2026 applications. Additional dates are paid at the standard rate and placement is not guaranteed.

A make-up date is a regular market date

Receiving a make-up date does not exempt you from any of our policies. The 2026 Vendor Agreement & Terms and Conditions apply in full, including: 

• Rain or shine: Dates may be postponed only by Colored Colors in cases of extreme weather or safety hazards. If that happens again, your credit is re-issued in full.
• Attendance confirmation: Form is sent 48 hours before your date. If you do not confirm, your space may be released.
• No-show / late arrival: failing to attend a confirmed date without written notice, or arriving after the load-in window, forfeits the credit and incurs the $50 No-Show Fee.
• Products must match your approved 2025 application. Audits are conducted before the event starts.
•  No early breakdown: do not begin packing up earlier than 30 minutes before the posted closing time unless a staff member approves it; unapproved early breakdown incurs a $25 fee.
• No space sharing: one approved vendor per space.

What's changed for 2026

• Tables are no longer provided: Bring your own tables and chairs. Branded tablecloths are still provided and required.
• Hours: Sundays 12–5 PM, Fridays 5–9 PM; Friday, January 1st runs 12–7 PM.
• January 3rd is 50% off for paying vendors. A credit covers one date regardless of price; redeeming on January 3rd does not create a cash difference or a second day.

Vendor Space

• Holiday Huts: 12'x12', lit, on the North side of the Spectacular along Wall Street, Huntington, NY 11743.
• Power: Huts are lit; vendors may not plug into hut electric. Small, low-noise inverter generators are permitted. No public Wi-Fi available.
• Capacity: 12 huts per date. Make-up dates are held for credit holders until the deadline; after that, remaining huts go to the public application.
• No hut sharing: one approved vendor per hut.

Load-in begins 90 minutes before opening. Full logistics, including vehicle instructions, are sent by email in your vendor packet after onboarding.

• Benefits: A lit, covered space immersed in the Spectacular's light displays, performances, and holiday foot traffic.
• Ideal For: All approved vendors—every participant receives an assigned hut.
• Size: 12'x12' (No tables or chairs included; vendor must provide tables and chairs. Branded tablecloths are provided and required.)
• Power: Huts are lit by the Spectacular. Vendors may not plug into the hut's electric. If you need power for your display, bring a small, low-noise inverter generator.
• Display Space: Vendors have room for tables, grids, or additional displays within the hut.
• No Hut Sharing: One approved vendor per hut. Huts may not be shared, sublet or transferred.
• Availability: There are only 12 spaces per event date. No spaces are held, so apply early—availability will be updated regularly.

WHAT YOUR VENDOR FEE INCLUDES (2026)

We are committed to providing high-value support for our vendors. Your fee includes:

• Assigned Holiday Hut: A lit 12'x12' hut for each event date you select.
• Branded Tablecloths: Supplied for every table in your hut to maintain the Spectacular aesthetic.
• Commemorative Event Lanyard: A special 6th-anniversary keepsake for your credentials.
• Personalized Digital Flyers: Custom marketing assets to help you promote your appearance at the Huntington Holiday Spectacular to your followers.
• Professional Event Photos: High-resolution shots of your booth and work taken by our event photographer—perfect for your portfolio or social media.
• Prioritized Customer Service: Direct support through Eventeny for all your logistical and setup questions.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Rain or Shine: All event dates proceed rain or shine. Dates may be postponed only by Colored Colors in cases of extreme weather or safety hazards, as defined in the 2026 Vendor Agreement & Terms and Conditions. If a date is postponed by the organizers, vendors receive a full credit valid for one year.
• BYO Tables & Chairs: Tables and chairs are not provided. Branded tablecloths are provided and must be used.
• Power/Wi-Fi: No plugging into hut electric; small low-noise generators are permitted. The event does not provide Wi-Fi.
• No Early Breakdown: Vendors may not begin packing up earlier than 30 minutes before the posted closing time unless approved by a Colored Colors staff member. Unapproved early breakdown incurs a $25 Early Breakdown Fee.
• No Space Sharing: Spaces may not be shared, sublet or transferred. One approved vendor per space.
• Image Requirements: Please upload high-quality product photos for us to use in the application review process.

• Review Timeline: 24–48 hours. Your card will be charged automatically upon approval. There is no application fee.
• Selection Process: We prioritize applications based on submission time and aim for a diverse vendor selection.
• Application Deadline: November 1st, 2026, or until all spaces are filled.
• Late Fee: A $20 late fee applies to all applications submitted after November 1st, 2026.
• Cancellation Policy: No cash refunds. Credits are issued according to the 2026 Vendor Agreement & Terms and Conditions, which you must accept to submit this application.
• Communication: All logistics, including load-in times (90 minutes before opening) and vehicle instructions, are sent by email in your vendor packet after onboarding.
• Reasons for Rejection: Past no-shows at Colored Colors events, fraudulent chargebacks or rude or negative communication with staff.
