Terms & Conditions By participating in or attending a Pink Bride Wedding & Women’s Expo, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Marketing, Photography & Videography Release The Pink Bride Wedding & Women’s Expo and its partners may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture content during the event. By attending or participating, you grant permission for your image, likeness, booth setup, products, services, and branding to be used in promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media materials—now and in the future—without additional compensation. Event Promotion & Communications Participation may include promotional exposure through The Pink Bride’s marketing channels, including (but not limited to) email campaigns, social media, website listings, digital advertising, live broadcasts, or recap content. By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications. Professional Conduct & Brand Representation All vendors and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and represent their brand in alignment with The Pink Bride’s mission of creating a positive, inclusive, and high-quality experience for engaged couples. The Pink Bride reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively impacts the event experience. Use of Event Media & Content Creation Content captured at the event may include interviews, booth footage, testimonials, crowd shots, and branded visuals. This content may be edited and distributed at The Pink Bride’s discretion across digital, print, and broadcast platforms. Liability & Responsibility The Pink Bride Wedding & Women’s Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, displays, or equipment. Participants assume all responsibility for their materials and interactions during the event. Event Changes & Force Majeure The Pink Bride reserves the right to make changes to event details, layout, scheduling, or programming if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues.
