The Great Northern is a weekend-long celebration of winter, climate, culture, and creativity taking place Jan 28 - Feb 1, 2026. Join us for groundbreaking climate conversations, a youth-led science fair, community arts, and outdoor adventures that make the most of Minnesota winters--from snowshoeing and fat biking to outdoor sauna sessions. And don’t miss the chance to experience the best of Minnesota’s food scene, with pop-up food events and a winter farmer’s market that showcases Minnesota’s growers, chefs, and makers.

Climate Action Fair Vendors

We’re inviting individuals, businesses, and organizations to apply for a vendor spot at the upcoming Climate Action Fair, taking place during The Great Northern, January 29 – February 1, 2026. Vendors will be located inside our festival grounds throughout the run of the festival throughout the run of the festival, offering a unique opportunity to connect with an engaged, sustainability-minded audience. Final event details will be shared in Fall 2025. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this celebration of climate solutions and community action!
