About the event
The Garden's 2025 Night Market is a local outdoor art market which will take place the 3rd Wednesday of every month May through September. The Night Market features top quality Indiana artisans. The Garden's 2025 Night Market will take place at our gorgeous reimagined bank space from 6-9pm on May 21, June 18, July 17, August 21 and September 18 Come + linger outdoors with us this summer! What’s The Garden Night Market? Dozens of artisan vendors, an art show opening, live music, food trucks and community. 6-9pm on the 3rd Wednesdays of every month May through September! Every Night Market at The Garden is FREE to attend and features an art exhibition opening, live music outdoors, local artisan vendors, food trucks and more. Grab your family and friends for wonderful evenings of community and fun in the setting summer sun. Our venue offers only outdoor open-air vending areas. Guest/shopper parking is available at The Garden as well at the Greenhaus in the North Anthony Corridor. Overflow parking is available at Holy Cross Lutheran Church & School. Vendors are asked to park at Holy Cross Lutheran Church & School after setting up their booth.

HEALTH + SAFETY GUIDELINES for Night Market vendors to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone: 1. General Vendor Safety • Canopy/Tent Safety: • Use weighted anchors (at least 25 lbs per leg) to secure tents and canopies to prevent accidents due to wind. • Ensure all structures are stable and free of tears or loose parts. • Electrical Equipment: • Use weatherproof and grounded extension cords for any electrical devices. • Avoid overloading circuits and ensure cords are not tripping hazards. • Lighting: • Use battery-operated or solar-powered lights for booths to ensure visibility during evening hours. • Avoid open flames or unapproved heat sources for illumination. 2. Food Safety (For Food Vendors) • Permits and Certifications: • Display all necessary food handler permits and licenses from local health departments. • Storage and Handling: • Keep perishable items at safe temperatures: • Cold items below 40°F (using coolers with ice packs). • Hot items above 140°F (using insulated containers). • Store food off the ground and covered to avoid contamination. • Sanitation: • Provide a handwashing station for your own employees with soap, water, and single-use towels. • Use disposable gloves when handling food and replace them regularly. • Labeling: • Clearly label all food products with ingredients, allergens, and expiration dates. 3. Weather Preparedness • Heat Safety: • Stay hydrated and have water available for yourself and staff. • Seek shade or use cooling towels for relief during high temperatures. • Schedule breaks to rest in a shaded or air-conditioned area if possible. • Severe Weather Plans: • Monitor weather forecasts leading up to the event. • Have a plan for quickly dismantling and securing your booth in case of storms. 4. Hygiene and Cleanliness • Sanitization: • Regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, especially shared equipment or high-touch items. • Provide hand sanitizer at your booth for both vendors and customers. • Trash Disposal: • Bring trash bags to manage your waste and keep the booth area clean. • Follow market rules for disposing of trash and recyclables. 5. Crowd and Traffic Safety • Booth Layout: • Arrange displays to prevent crowding and ensure smooth customer flow. • Avoid overloading your booth with items that might topple or block walkways. • Emergency Preparedness: • Keep a first-aid kit readily available in your booth. • Know the location of the nearest emergency exits and first-aid stations. 6. Vendor Conduct and Responsibility • Compliance with Rules: • Follow all market rules, including setup and teardown times. • Ensure your booth does not encroach on neighboring spaces. • Respect for Customers and Fellow Vendors: • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times. • Address any concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to market organizers.

Terms & Conditions
VENDOR APPLICATION + FEES: Application Process: Vendors must all apply via the online form’s deadlines and required documentation. Booth Fees: Fees vary based on each vendor's needs and booth space(s). No vendor will be accepted without payment in full. Cancellation Policy: Vendor-Initiated Cancellations Notice Period: Vendors must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the event date to qualify for a partial refund. Refund Policy: Full Refund: Provided if the cancellation is made 60+ days prior to the event. Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made 31-59 days before the event. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less before the event. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by The Garden due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public safety concerns), vendors will receive: 50% refund of their booth fee or the option to apply the payment toward a future market registration at The Garden (or booth upgrades at a future market). Individual Vendor Removal: If a vendor violates terms and conditions (e.g., failing to adhere to product guidelines or setup rules), no refund will be issued. Force Majeure Clause Neither the organizers nor the vendors will be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. Refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of the organizers. Transfer of Booth Space Vendors may request to transfer their booth space to another artisan vendor, subject to approval by The Garden. A transfer fee may apply. Refund Processing Timeline All refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
