# Bubbles & Ballads — Ticket Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket to **The Brunch Collective: Bubbles & Ballads**, you agree to the following terms and conditions: **Ticket Sales & Refunds** All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be resold or listed for resale. Tickets may not be resold or listed for resale. If you are unable to attend, you may give your unused ticket to another guest; however, each ticket/QR code is valid for one admission only and becomes invalid once scanned. Because food, event materials, staffing, and other preparations are planned and purchased based on advance ticket sales, refunds cannot be provided for individual cancellations or no-shows. **Reserved Seating** Tickets are sold according to specific seating areas and/or table sizes. Your purchase reserves the seating option listed on your ticket. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase. Guests purchasing a full-table ticket are responsible for coordinating the members of their party. **Age Requirements** Bubbles & Ballads is a **16+ event**. Guests must be **21 or older with valid identification** to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol may not be purchased for or provided to anyone under the age of 21. **Outdoor Event & Weather** Bubbles & Ballads is planned as an outdoor event utilizing the patio and surrounding green space. Guests should dress accordingly and understand that outdoor events may be affected by weather. In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, the organizers reserve the right to modify the event layout, schedule, entertainment, location, or other event details when necessary for guest and staff safety. If the event must be postponed or canceled, ticket holders will receive information regarding available options. **Food & Allergies** Brunch is included with admission. Menu offerings are subject to availability and may change. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us prior to the event. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. **Alcohol & Guest Conduct** Please enjoy responsibly. Event staff and venue personnel reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest when appropriate. Disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. **Photography & Video** Photography and video may be captured throughout Bubbles & Ballads for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or video. **Event Experience** Entertainment, activities, giveaways, props, menu items, and other event elements are subject to change when necessary. Changes to individual event elements do not constitute cancellation of the event or qualify a ticket for a refund. By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms and conditions.
