Y'all asked, so here we are—The Bloom Market 2026!

This market will be held at New Ground Foundation in Holly Springs, GA. We are so excited to host a market at this beautiful location. Picture a huge green space, a beautiful barn, live music, and nearby CLEAN restrooms!

We are planning to host approximately 50 vendors and a handful of sponsors. The market will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

VENDORS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK ON PROPERTY!

Vendors will be transported back to event. We ask if you have a friend of spouse who would be willing to drop you off and pick you up that would be great!

Fees:

• Application Fee: $10 (non-refundable)
• Artisan Vendor Fee: $100 plus a 6% processing fee
• Your card on file will be charged upon acceptance into the event.

Vendor Spaces:
A vendor map will be provided closer to the event date. All vendor spaces will be 10' x 10'.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

• Tent
• Tables and displays
• Chairs
• Payment processing system
• Any other setup materials needed for their booth

Please note: There is no electricity available outdoors. If power is needed, vendors must provide their own quiet generator.

Weather Policy:

This event is rain or shine and will take place regardless of weather conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Vendors who cancel 20 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of their vendor fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 20 days before the event.

No refunds or credits will be given to vendors who do not attend the event, regardless of notice provided on the day of the event.

The Market Organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to property, personal injury, or other claims arising before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining any insurance, licenses, permits, or certifications required by law.

Property Rules:
Please note that alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property. We ask that all vendors and guests be respectful of the venue, organizers, and fellow participants.
