Join an interactive community discussion and workshop/demonstration of games and activities that explore how theatre can be a powerful practice for developing our imagination skills together and taking action to bring those dreams into reality.
This workshop is in preparation for The Nature of Cities Festival in Berlin, 2024 and all donations beyond space rental costs support artist travel and participation in this event.
Theatre exercises are based in the work of Brazilian activist and artist Augusto Boal (Theatre of the Oppressed)
Advance registration is limited due to the size of the space, but additional spots may open up for drop-in.

Location
Parking instructions
On street neighborhood parking. Allow time for parking, and walking a block or more may be required. Location is near bus 70 at SE 11th or SE 12th and Stark.
Health & safety
Please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or if you have had recent close contact with anyone testing positive or experiencing Covid symptoms.
Please either test for Covid prior to participation, or plan to mask during the workshop.
Due to the size of this space and nature of the activities, social distancing may not be possible.
