The Yuletide Experience 2026

This application is for Product Vending only.  Do not fill out if you are: food, activity, encampment, or programming. 

This will be a holiday themed event.  We would like vendors to decorate their booths to reflect the festive occasion.  Vendors will be allowed to close on Sat at dark 5pm.  The event will still be open so if you want to stay open with lighting you may.  Or close up your space with side walls or rope.  

This application is for Activity Vending only. An activity is defined as including something interactive that the patron can do.  You can still sell some products but the activity must be prominent.

Alcohol vendors do not pay a fee ahead of time. They will pay a profit share of 15% after the event by check.  Check will be made to:  The Viking Experience

This is an application for a space in the venue grounds to do demonstrations using no more than 2 tents or equal space.  The main focus of this space should be to educate the patrons.  This is not an application for a vendor who sells products but demonstrates how they make their product.  If you have more than two tents for your area then fill out the Encampment Application.  The second tent must be period for sleeping in.   Make sure to indicate that in the description below.

Yule is a holiday themed event so festive decorations and lighting are encouraged.  

This is an application for a space in the venue grounds with a period encampment.  All equipment should have a historical look and tents have a canvas appearance from 20 feet away.  Modern supplies should be hidden.  Otherwise your camp should be in the modern camping area.  An encampment must have 2 or more tents.  If you are a single tent contact us directly so you can be included in our Staff Encampment.  If you are Demonstrating then fill out that application. 

Camps should be adding to the event and interacting with the public in some way. Each member of the encampment must have a job adding to the festival. We do not hand out passes for just setting up a period tent.  If you have extra people with no camp job they are welcome to apply as a volunteer to get complementary passes but still stay in your encampment.  

Camps with a gate MUST have a welcome or open sign so patrons know they can enter your space.

This is a application for Programming.  Programming is defined as being for entertainment purposes and is usually on the schedule performing at one of our stages.   Monetary compensation will depend on our budget.
