This fall, we’re turning the historic 200 block of Franklin Street into a vibrant celebration of vintage vibes, plant-based living, and community joy. Expect cozy autumn eats from vegan food trucks, sustainable vintage and upcycled fashion finds, plant-based vendors, live performances, DJ sets, DIY stations, and unforgettable vibes. Whether you’re a vintage or alternative shopper, a foodie, or just here for the culture, VVBP is the seasonal block party you didn’t know you needed!!

The safety of our guests, vendors, performers, and staff is our top priority. Please review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a fun and secure event for everyone. General Guidelines VVBP is a family-friendly event. All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the event without refund. First aid support will be available on site. Look for event staff or visit the information booth for assistance. Sanitation & Cleanliness Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event area. Vendors must maintain clean, sanitary booths and dispose of all waste in designated bins. Food vendors must follow all local health department regulations, including food storage, prep, and service protocols. Fire & Safety Regulations No open flames, deep fryers, or gas generators are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. All tents must be properly secured with weights (no stakes into the ground). Pets Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome! Owners must clean up after their animals and ensure they are safe around crowds and noise. Weather This is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather, organizers will provide updates via email, text alerts (if available), and social media. Vendors should plan accordingly with weather appropriate booth setup and supplies. Emergency Procedures In case of an emergency, follow instructions from event staff or public safety officers. Emergency exits and routes must remain clear at all times. Do not block sidewalks or fire lanes.

Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Vintage Vegan Block Party (VVBP), all vendors, performers, sponsors, and attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Event Overview VVBP is a seasonal outdoor event that highlights plant-based food, sustainable fashion, vintage vendors, and community engagement. This event takes place rain or shine unless otherwise noted. 2. Vendor Guidelines All vendors must be approved in advance and must comply with VVBP’s mission of sustainability, plant-based values, and community spirit. Food vendors must operate with all necessary health permits and certifications. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or vendor cancellation. Set-up and breakdown must occur within the designated times. Late arrivals may forfeit participation without a refund. All products sold must be clearly described in your application and align with VVBP values (vegan, vintage, upcycled, cruelty-free, etc.). 3. Refunds & Cancellations Vendor and ticket fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), fees may be credited toward a future VVBP event. 4. Code of Conduct VVBP is a safe, inclusive, family-friendly space. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Vendors and attendees must keep their areas clean and dispose of all trash properly. The use of open flames, illegal substances, or unauthorized sound equipment is strictly prohibited. 5. Liability The Vintage Vegan Block Party is covered by general event liability insurance; however, this coverage does not extend to individual vendors, performers, or attendees. Each vendor is responsible for their own property, products, staff, and actions during the event. VVBP, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the event. Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance and assume all risks related to their participation. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and assume all risk related to their participation. 6. Media Release By attending or participating in VVBP, you grant permission to be photographed or recorded for promotional use by the event organizers. 7. Updates These terms are subject to change. All participants will be notified of any significant changes before the event.
