The Viking Experience Festival 2027

This application is for Product Vending only.  Do not fill out if you are: food, activity, encampment, or programming. You will be rejected if you put in the wrong type of app. 

Viking themed handmade items will have a priority in our jury selection.  We only accept a limited number of vendors in each category to ensure our patrons have a unique experience.  

This application is for Activity Vending only.  Only fill out if you offer the patron something they do. Not for products only.  You can still do an activity and some product vending. 

This application is for Food Vending only.  

This application is for Alcohol Vending only.  

Alcohol vendors do not pay a fee ahead of time. They will pay a profit share of 15% after the event by check.  Check will be made to:  The Viking Experience

This is an application for a space in the festival grounds to do demonstrations using no more than 1 tent or equal space.  The main focus of this space should be to educate the patrons.  This is not an application for a vendor who sells products but demonstrates how they make their product.  If you have more than two tents for your area then fill out the Encampment Application.  Make sure to indicate that in the description below.

This is an application for a space in the festival grounds with a historical encampment.  All equipment should have a period look and tents have a canvas appearance from 20 feet away.  Modern supplies should be hidden.  Otherwise your camp should be in the modern camping area.  An encampment must have 2 or more tents.  If you are a single tent contact us directly so you can be included in our Staff Encampment.  If you are Demonstrating then fill out that application. 

Camps should be adding to the event and interacting with the public in some way. Each member of the encampment must have a job adding to the festival. We do not hand out passes for just setting up a period tent.  If you have extra people with no camp job they are welcome to apply as a volunteer to get complementary passes but still stay in your encampment.  Camps with a gate MUST have a welcome or open sign so patrons know they can enter your space.  

Space is limited on the Festival grounds so camps that have a historical Viking theme will be given priority.

This is a application for Programming.  Programming is defined as being for entertainment purposes and is usually on the schedule performing at one of our stages.   Monetary compensation will depend on our budget.  

We prefer acts that use historical instruments since that fits our event theme.  Our set up is primitive but we do have limited amplification.
