FAIRYTALE FINDS TERMS & EVENT NOTICE By purchasing a Fairytale Rope Drop ticket and/or attending the event, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: • This is an outdoor event held rain or shine. Guests should prepare for weather conditions, uneven terrain, crowds, traffic, parking delays, noise, and other conditions associated with large outdoor events. • Attendance and participation are entirely at your own risk. Fairytale Finds Market, Hundred Acre Events LLC, venue partners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, accident, damage, theft, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other claim arising from attendance or participation in the event. • Fairytale Finds Market is not responsible for incidents, injuries, damages, or losses caused by vendors, exhibitors, food vendors, performers, attractions, third-party contractors, attendees, guests, or any vendor merchandise, displays, tents, equipment, products, or personal property. • Guests assume all risks associated with event attendance, including but not limited to parking conditions, walking distances, crowds, traffic, long wait times, weather exposure, inflatable attractions, petting zoos, skating activities, food consumption, character interactions, and all other event-related activities. • Parking availability is not guaranteed. Traffic congestion, off-site parking, delayed entry, limited parking, or inability to locate parking shall not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or liability of any kind. • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, TRANSFERS, CREDITS, OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Failure to attend Long lines or wait times Traffic or parking issues Weather conditions Personal scheduling conflicts Dissatisfaction with vendors, entertainment, or attractions Perceived crowd levels Partial attendance Early departure Illness Changes in personal circumstances Removal from the event for violation of event rules • By entering the event, guests voluntarily assume all risks and waive, release, and discharge Fairytale Finds Market, Hundred Acre Events LLC, venue partners, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event. • Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors at all times. • Fairytale Finds Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. • By entering the event, guests consent to photography, video recording, and use of their likeness for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without compensation. • Event management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior without refund. By completing purchase and attending the event, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
