This one-day event will take place from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are curating a truly magical experience for guests with over 200+ enchanting vendors.

Vendor Fees:

Standard Booth (10x10): $125
Food Trucks: $175
Additional Booth Space: +$75 (limited availability)

Merchandise Requirements:

All vendors are required to sell at least 70% Disney or fairytale-inspired merchandise.
We are a themed event, and consistency is key to the magic!
Food vendors must plan a themed menu — think fun names, Disney-inspired treats, or character flair!

Vendor Perks:

Each vendor will receive a custom Fairytale Finds lanyard for the event.

This one-day event will take place from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are curating a truly magical experience for guests with over 200+ enchanting vendors.

Vendor Fees:

Standard Booth (10x10): $250
Food Trucks: $250
Additional Booth Space: +$125 (limited availability)

Special requests will incur a $50 spot fee.

Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, as vendor placement, marketing, and event logistics will have already been finalized. Failure to notify us by the stated deadline will be considered acceptance of the updated price and commitment to participate in the event.
