The Chocolate Expo 2027 New Jersey

THE EARLY PAY BOOTH FEE IS $775 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 15, 2026. AFTER THAT, THE BOOTH FEE IS $875. 

The Chocolate Expo 2027 New Jersey features tastings & sales of chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, ready-to-eat foods, cheeses, craft beverages (wines, spirits, mead and cider) and more. Very limited spaces are available for sponsors and food-related craft vendors (cutting boards, knives, etc.).

Corporate sponsorship is available (email: vendors@thechocolateexpo.com / subject: Sponsorship).

Baum Image Group will pay any Health Department fees at this location (usually $75/vendor).

Electricity must be ordered directly from the NJ Expo Center through their Services Marketplace no less than two weeks before the event: https://www.njexpocenter.com/exhibitors/event-services/  (copy & paste this link into your browser)

CBD products are not allowed at our events, as per our insurance carrier.

Due to limited space and other considerations, we generally do not accept non-food/non-beverage-related vendors such as jewelry, artwork, clothing, multilevel marketing, etc. Feel free to email us for any questions about this matter.
