The Chocolate Expo 2026 RI Holiday Edition

THE EARLY PAY BOOTH FEE IS $450 UNTIL JULY 15, 2026. AFTER THAT, THE FEE IS $530.

Use this application to participate in The Chocolate Expo 2026 RI Holiday Edition at Bally's in Lincoln, RI, which will feature tastings & sales of chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, ready-to-eat foods, cheeses, craft beverages (wines, spirits, mead and cider) and more. Very limited spaces are available for sponsors and food-related craft vendors (cutting boards, knives, etc.).

CBD products are not allowed at our events, as per our insurance carrier.

Due to limited space and other considerations, we generally are not able to accept non-food/beverage-related vendors such as jewelry, artwork, clothing, multilevel marketing, etc., at this location.

Please note that the submission of a COI and/or Temporary Food Service Permit with this Vendor Application does NOT guarantee acceptance as a vendor to this or any other event produced by Baum Image Group, Inc.
