We are thrilled that you’re considering joining us as a vendor at the The September Stroll Market in Monroe, NC at The Strawberry Chic Boutique! Hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC, this pop-up event celebrates small businesses like yours. Supporting local vendors is our passion, and nothing matters more to us than helping you shine!

This event will feature a curated vendor showcase alongside Food trucks, Live music,  permanent jewelry, and much more.

 
Important Information
Juried Event:
This is a juried market with limited space for 30 vendors. To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience, we carefully review each application based on product quality and variety. Please complete your application thoughtfully, as this helps us make the best decisions.

Acceptance:

• Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance.
• Your card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.

Vendor Pricing & Space Details:

• Fee: $65 Outdoor (10x10) - $125 Food Trucks - $100 Dirty Soda
• Setup: This is an outdoor event, and vendors are allowed to use 10x10 tents.
• Tent Weights:

• • Required: Each tent leg must have a minimum of 25 lbs in weights.
  • Prohibited: Disc weights are NOT ALLOWED. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to take down their tents for safety reasons. This policy ensures the protection of customers, vendors, and products.

Vendor Expectations:

• Vendors must remain for the entire event duration (9AM - 2 PM).
• In case of emergencies, please notify the Sunny Day Markets tent immediately.
• Packing up early reflects negatively on the event and impacts fellow vendors.

Refund & Weather Policy:

• All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE—no exceptions, including weather-related cancellations.
• Credit transfers between events are not allowed. If two events occur on the same day, fees cannot be transferred from one to the other.
• Weather Safety: While most markets are rain or shine, safety always comes first. If severe weather forces cancellation, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
